Everyone was very nice. The shuttle driver was a pleasure to talk to. She is sweet. The service department was very good to me. The waiting room also was very nice. My three little ones love the cookies and hot cocoa. I would definitely come back. Thanks to everyone thereReview from Deb H

I scheduled an appointment with the service dept for Monday 7/17/23 to have the AC checked. I told the advisor the AC would be very cold but intermittently it would blow out only what I could describe as humid air. The advisor stated that it would be a $435 diagnostic charge but that the charge would be waived if after diagnosing the problem I had them fix it. They diagnosed it low on refrigerant. They added 200 grams and stated that it was now working properly. The next day it was doing the same thing. I brought the car the next day to be checked again. The advisor took the same info from me and told me it would be about 2 hours. I told him I would wait. At around 3:15, the advisor came to tell me that the problem was something different than what had been diagnosed the first time and that repairs would be, and he gave me 2 choices, either $1890.00 or $1990.00, depending on which service I decided to go with. I then asked if they could then deduct the cost of what I had already paid for because it was not diagnosed properly and he said they could not do that because they had fixed a problem that needed to be fixed. I again stated that the problem was not fixed and he said that I needed the coolant added and that is what they had diagnosed the problem as. I again said, but that wasn't the problem, clearly if it was still doing the same thing. He again stated that they couldn't deduct the amount paid from the service that I needed. I told him that I would not have the work done and that I was going to send a letter to the manager. He got me my paperwork, walked me to my car and told me that I had 30 days to have the work done at the quoted prices. If I had it done later, those prices might not be the same. I definitely would have had the repair done had the money that I had paid for the first repair that did not fix the problem, had been deducted from the cost of the newly diagnosed problem. I am very disappointed and will bring my car back for service again.Review from bruce r

I was interested in a Hyundai Telluride and entered info on a few sites and got responses from a Metro Kia rep whom I assumed was a sales person I should deal with. Got numerous calls, texts and emails from this person. So I followed up with her and decided to come see her after she suggested a test drive and stated she would have one ready to look at along with a Sportage I would consider as well. I drove 50 miles to get there and saw the vehicles in the lot. Went in, asked for her in which she tells me she is, "inventory" and she hooked me up with a sales guy. A guy who was really none too interested. Not an aggressive sales person at all as a matter so laid back I thought he was going to fall asleep. So he takes us out to look at the vehicles and hardly said a word to try to sell me the vehicles. I had to ask to get any info. So after 5 minutes we go back in and says I will look for keys so we can take a test drive. After 20 minutes of looking for the keys his sales manager comes over for some small talk. He pretty much informed me there will be no test drive because if they let everyone test drive there new vehicles they could put 4000 miles on them and they would not be knew anymore. Not to mention the 5K over invoice for market adjustment. So I pretty much got up and left and they had no qualms about that at all. Is this how new car dealers sell cars today? Are there that many persons buying cars on line that they don't even check out the vehicle as to it really being what they want for 50K? Not this guy. I have taken my 50K which I was willing to pay for something I truly wanted and going elsewhere. Also, it was a Saturday, very few customers besides us, so how do these people get paid? They must be on salary because they aren't making any money on commission. Anyway, I drove home without looking at any other dealerships do to my disgust. Never to return to Metro Kia. And from what I have read from other complaints at the BBB you should toReview from Sally S.

Inept service and sales department. Can’t get any return phone calls. A simple oil change resulted in no windshield wiper fluid, no reset or sticker for next oil change and told they don’t top off fluids. Whaaaat?? I’m wondering if they even changed my oil at all. The sales team and managers leave a lot to be desired. Very unprofessional and countless calls to management and finance team with no return phone calls - and rude beyond belief. I will never return here. I am making the drive from Madison to Janesville Kia for any of my service needs. They are so professional and the difference is unreal!Review from Brittani B

Ordered and purchased a new '21 Telluride, timeline below.Ordered car April 17th 2021, started calls and emails on May 10th 2021 to check status of order (only allocated so many requests per week with manufacturer) No Response, called again in June 2021, spoke with service manager and she was able to connect with sales manager to confirm order was accepted and "in process" emailed questions to Salesman on July 13th 2021, received email back (first one) from salesman confirming order. July 13th 2021 (after the 2022 body style came out) questioning the order and what I was ordering as this time the 2021 body style was no longer being manufactured. I was given the email for the Sales manager at this time to follow up and check the order. From July 13th to current date (10/25/2021) I have spoke to the sales manager on the phone ONCE, I have had ONE interaction via email. From 7/15-7/22 I only received one email from my salesman answering HALF a list of questions I had that were not explained at the time of ordering. From 7/22-7/29 Emails went unanswered, during this time the ** was looped in the entire time. He indicated that he "was out of the office" and would give me a call tomorrow (7/30) I never heard from him. Aug 1st 2021 I was involved in a horrible car accident (medflighted and spent 4 days in the hospital) 2 weeks after I was home I had called my salesman to inform him I no longer had an auto to trade in, the car was totaled. At that time I informed him that I was no longer in a HUGE hurry to get the new car in but anything they could tell me on a timeline would be fantastic as I was left without a car and 3 kids. September 16th 2021 checked in on status with salesman, received an email and call back Sept 18th for a telluride coming in that was similar to what I ordered but not exactly. This would have taken too many modifications to make it what I wanted, I politely passed. I was offered another same day that was more like what I ordered, and after realizing the **** up beyond the **** was $7,000 higher and they would not budge lower than $5,000 off, I tentatively accepted the auto. I sent an email one last time after having a full 24 hours to think on the higher markup, it was then I received an email on 9/20/2021 from the sales manager telling me that she called to check on my order status (which previously I was told possibly end of December but they couldn't tell me if it was mine or another order similar to mine) and according to *** my car is now arriving 11/24/2021. Before I was even able to blink they took the previous car I agreed to (with markup) and sold it from underneath me. This auto would have come in at the end of October the 28th to be exact but instead I have no choice but to wait for my original car ordered now. In the midst of all of this the **** increased which has been lowered back to the original quote I was given but nothing further has been done, now that I have no trade in, I am paying more for this car than originally anticipated. I do not feel as though I have been treated fair at all, my salesman has not gone to bat for me, none of the management team has taken accountability for a lack of communication and understanding of a new car purchase. They legitimately do not care about the consumer. I will NEVER go back, refer anyone or have them even touch the servicing of my car when its in. I feel as though I have been looked at like a child being entitled ordering a new car when in fact I work very hard for my life (single mom supporting 3 kids) and am proud to say I have accomplished so much in my life to even purchase a brand new car. Please NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! If I could reach out or contact the owners of this dealership I would love to have a conversation with them of the management team.
