Weygants are a phony appliance center! They are great when you buy appliances, but horrible at keeping deliveries on task! I even spoke to the manager and talk about a ******* Bought a washer and dryer on 3/11 was told it would be delivered on 3/16 no call no show and left no message stating it was not going to be delivered. So I was told it would be delivered on Fri 3/18 and I asked if it was and no mam it won't be til Tues. 3/22 at 1. Meantime you have to have someone at the home when they deliver so I had people there due to Spring Break and I work 8-5 M-F and they won' t deliver on Saturdays. So the manager all he stated was I will give you the money back and I said I am stuck with you due to appliances shortage. I also asked him to come and put my old one back in so I can at least do some laundry and again stated they don't offer that service just like he stated about delivering after hrs and I asked him to call someone in to deliver, mam we don't offer that service. Now all of a sudden he offers to come on Tues 3/22 and just leave the doors unlocked to my home and they will do the work, REALLY LEAVE MY DOORS UNLOCK FOR A STRANGER TO COME INTO MY HOME WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS! I stated no way the way I am being treated by a manager and this kind of service. I guess time has changed it used to be when speaking to a manager they did everything they could to keep your busy and this manager must and does just sit on his *** *** and gives customers there money back and states ' We don't offer that Service" I hope the owner of this hometown appliance store contacts me what bad employees he has hired and shame on him for allowing a manager to say such things to customers!!! ***** only got a 1 due to no other choice.
