I had a Water heater installed on 02/26/2022. During the transportation of the water heater into my home they damage and broke my Fire door entrance frame. I have called the company many times, texted and email was told they were working on it weeks go by and they tell me to have the company I had install the door. (door and frame are only 2 month old) Company was Homedepot install a new one. I advised the employee *** that I can not afford to pay the charge and provide him with the Quote and all details to so he was able to go in pay and order the service. I followed up this week and he told me he ordered it on line and it was on back order. I called the Local store in ********** ** and they have 4 in stock and I also went online and can order it with next day delivery. I spoke with *** on his Cell ************ and I am told he is to busy to work on this. Its been 6 weeks now and I need help to get my door frame repaired. I can not afford to put another one in and I also can not afford to take more time of of work. *** has very poor customer service and poor ability to make things right!
