This company will give you false maintenance reports, told me three time after repairing a CO2 sensor, first need new timing chain, or plugs, then manager Trevor said he'd look into it, bring car back, then your car need 1200.00 plus fuel injectors, told them I'd go somewhere else, had codes read no issue with, plugs, timing chain, pr fuel injectors, also told me non of these issues should have Been reported to me, they are stealing money from customers with false Diagnosis.

Our initial diagnosis indicated the vehicle needed a replacement of an oxygen sensor. ******* approved replacement of the oxygen sensor when it was presented by the service advisor. Our parts department provided a universal 02 sensor, which our technician installed and verified the concern was repaired. It was after the customer took possession of the vehicle that any symptoms returned. The customer did not return the vehicle to our facility when he noticed that there was still an issue after the repair. The customer chose to take the vehicle to a Ram/Chrysler dealer for the issue to be revisited. The customer did call after the other facility completed the diagnosis to let our Mazda facility know there was still an issue. The customer then informed us they would be making a BBB complaint. When ******* did reach out to our facility after getting the additional opinion, *********** manager ****** apologized for the situation and took full responsibility. ****** offered ******* a complimentary diagnosis and repair if he would return the vehicle to Chippewa Valley Mazda. The customer declined any additional help from our facility. Chippewa Valley Mazda also issued a reimbursement of the original diagnosis and repair to ******. A check for $239.33 was sent on 5/2/2024 and cashed in on 5/7/2024. We also offered to assist ******* with his new repair bill, he did not return any calls after the offer. At Chippewa Valley Mazda, we pride ourselves on accurate, quality repairs. It is never our intention to have a customer leave feeling unsatisfied.
