            I purchase a new 2021 Dodge challenger from the business above on 1/23/2021, I ordered extra options, paint sealant, fabric coating and rust proofing. The car was damaged during the paint sealant process, they sealed the car over water stains. After the car was delivered to me I noticed this problem and contacted Chase, the car Salesman. He told me he did notice the water spots in the car and told the detailers to make sure to remove the water spots before sealing, but they did not. So the dealership agreed to have the car re-sealed. After the car was delivered noticed they buffed through the paint in two spots, I had the management at the dealership inspect the car. The agreed the car had been damaged but did not want to repaint, as this would de-value the car. In my opinion the car is currently de-valued. The agreed to my having my detailer fix the car. I have estimated ranging from $1400 to $5000. I gave agreed to go with the lowest estimate, dealership will not agree to this

            I have been a customer since 2019, zero issues ever. Salesman that sold me my Jeep was awesome, no hidden costs, he was honest from the start and always treated me with respect. The service department is always excellent, never an issue. The work is always done in a timely manner and done correct. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
