              Milgard Windows and Doors based in ****** ********** made and installed windows in our condo in ******* ** in 2022. They came with a full lifetime warranty. In January of 2024 one of the window mechanisms broke. We called the company and gave them the exact code for the window, which is affixed to the frame. They told us we would have to wait 3 months, until April 1st, to get it fixed. When the repairman showed up on April 1st the replacement window he brought was the complete wrong size. He took measurements again, and told us the company would contact us with a new "expedited" appointment time.Two weeks later we finally received a call from Milgard stating that our next appointment is scheduled for May 28th! Another 2 months wait. That's altogether FIVE MONTHS to get a repair on a warrantied window!The mistake was not ours, the company provided the wrong replacement product. We should not have to wait another two months to get our window fixed. We want our window fixed this month, April, ASAP.

              First I want to say, I love my new windows. They make my house look so much better. I notice how quiet my house is now. I had an issue with one skinny small bathroom window that tilted. An agent called me within 1 or 2 days and arranged an appointment to fix the window. The technician arrived promptly and was able to correct the problem within 20 minutes. Thank you for your good service. *********************
