    10/20/2021 "Your order has been placed. I was mistaken on what the headrail looks like. It is the 1" aluminum only that has a deluxe headrail like the ones you have. The 2" aluminum blinds come with a 2-slat valance which can be used or not used. Below is similar to what it will look like. The second picture shows similar to what the headrail will look like if the valance is not used. If you have any concerns, please let us know. I should have more information by the end of the week as to when we can expect your product."10/20/21 "Absolutely, ****. I take full responsibility. I thought the valance on the 2" was similar to the deluxe 1". I apologize. We've had several changes from the manufacturers we use and I didn't check on the 2" valance prior to the consult. I have a call into the manufacturer to place this order on hold. This is, unfortunately, the only valance option available for the 2" aluminum. I will look into what other options we might be able to do. I will be back in touch by the end of the day.10/21/2021 *********************** "Georgia yet another misguided valence update. I have no confidence in going forward. Since the oversights and misunderstandings have stem from you and ***** I ask that my $150 be refunded in full. The lack of prudent action and due diligence has led me to conclude this project is terminated. Please advise. ****"10/22/2021 "We're very sorry this hasn't worked out the way we all had hoped. We were given incorrect information from the manufacturer. We wish we would have had this information at the time of the consult. We have informed the manufacturer of the mistake and they will be changing their guide so that this hopefully doesn't happen to someone else. We will refund your credit card minus the $150 consultation fee as this fee is non refundable due to the distance. You should see the amount back on your card within 10 days. We are very sorry that this wasn't an enjoyable experience.
