January 5, 2023 We bought our FIRST RV from Camping World and were pressured to purchase the Sound Pacific Resort Timeshare. We were told that Neskowin Park had walking access to the beach. We were also told that If we were no longer interested in the "membership," they would assist us in canceling it. March 29, 2023 FIRST/ONLY Camping trip to Neskowin Creek RV Resort. We were told we would need the NEW/UPDATED Photo Entry Cards before returning. There is NO WAY to walk to the beach. You have to DRIVE 7 miles to the nearest beach access - and the parking lot was always full, even the disabled parking spots.April 2023 I called Sound Pacific Resort about the Photo Entry Cards, and they confirmed they would be needed from now on. I tried to schedule an appointment to do that, but we were put on a waiting list for the appointment. We were informed we could NOT use the resort until we had the New cards.July 16, 2023 Finally was able to go get the pictures taken for the New Entry Cards. I was told they would be mailed out in a few weeks.August 11, 2023 Tried to reach out to Sound Pacific Resorts to find out when the cards should arrive. Nearly impossible to find any contact information for them other than a mailing address - so I sent a letter. September 11, 2023 Still have not heard anything. I found a number ************. Was told they "are working on it" and we should get them soon. Also asked for a copy of my contract - never received it.November 2023 Called again - at this point I just want to cancel my membership. I was told it is 15% of the sale price plus $250 Transfer Fee. They DO NOT assist you (opposite of what they said when we purchased). I am solely responsible for finding someone to buy it. I also asked again for a copy of my contract, he recited my email address back to me and said he would send it right after the call - never received it. (Not in Junk or Spam either)I have not been able to use "Membership" since April. Waste of money.

This is no resort! I volunteer just to keep the place lookingok. But Im not here to complain about the how run down the park is. Not going to tell you how worker smoke weed in the storage room in the pool as they watch ***********. No! Im here to talk about the sexual assault and harassment the sales man **** did to my girlfriend. Sticking his hand down her shirt with a 20 dollar **** to ***** her breast! Telling the ******************* was waste of time. **** harassed us everyday waking us up, staring down at us from the office window, peeking around corners watching us constantly! Then **** does it again, but this time I have the police involved. Now its been two months with not a word from the owners of the company! Only response isits been handled with the pervert still harassing us. So a restraining order was place on **** now my membership is being terminated!? Watch yourself in these parks, they dont care about you! They just want your money! Lots of illegal activities like running a kitchen with out a business license! Yes! But sexual assault is something *** should take seriously, the dirty jokes **** makes as giving tours is sexual harassment! Changes need to be made to this place immediately! Being safe in the environment would be a great starting point! Might be cool for those weekenders, but those full time have to deal with a manger how throws things across the room, screams how he wants to kill himself. With loaded guns in his office where **** has been caught multiple time watching **** and countless bottles of alcohol all together where YOU come to sign up for a membership! *** could shove a barrel down your throat at any time! Yet.. I have to come to him when I have a problem, which he reacts violently to and never resolves! My membership cant be held over my head because your employee cant keep its hands to itself! No! Buyer beware

This is an accusation that has been attempted to be resolved and is currently being sent on to the appropriate authorities. We have been in business for 30 years and pride ourselves on reputation. These accusations have been addressed and handled appropriately.

Maybe this post didnt include the important business practices that they ******** do to make money without providing a service. Direct Tv and internet sold it to customers. Only problem is the line for the wireless internet. It was damaged back in September and they willing and knowingly sold to consumers then blamed they couldnt figure out how to log in. They are cooking with no business license that is making people sick (raw burgers and people passing out, manager yelled at me when I told him his employee was on the ground and didnt even come outside) my Girlfriend attended to the person, this was a for a crowd 150 people. A disabled man left alone to **** for all these people and he is not competent. Allows people who are elderly/mentally Ill to stay in park harass others and take their money as he asks for cash only. Allows vehicles to be towed in when disabled cant help them selves for money. The woman who is running the kitchen was about to slap her mother in the face who was going on hospice and my girlfriend had to intervene and remind her she was in public so she better not. She not is retaliating because she didnt like that we did that. Now shes dead and no one said a word about them telling to her shut the h*** up and get in the trailer and the abuse. Allowing a elderly disabled veteran to lay on ground in underwear and **** himself to get called by manager to go pick him up. Upon arrival hes almost hypothermic or near death. The manager just wanted his cash for the winter. Another man showers him. Carries him to shower and washes him. This happens constantly. Screams, intimidates and threatens all disabled people especially when they are sick and just trying to yelp out. Nothing has been handled. No one has addressed any of these situation and the manger encourages while the owners deny what I have seen with my own two eyes. Please give me a call.. this is the tip of the iceberg. Help me!!! Many people being scammed. ************.
