Hired ***********************, Land Surveyor on September 11, 2023 to perform the survey and related filings for a boundary line adjustment on 2 adjacent lots in **********, and paid him a deposit of $2000. For the past 3.5 months as I followed up there have been a series of missed deadlines culminating with me saying that if the survey and related forms were not filed by December 24, we would like our deposit back, to which ******* agreed by text "yes". However, since December 24, ******* has not responded to phone calls, texts or emails. I previously warned him that we would post a negative review on social media in the event he did not perform and likewise would post a very positive review if he did perform (because he said in our original discussions that the prior negative review was with a difficult person who was a liar. After ******* did not comply with our many times revised deadline, I did contact this person ********** on yelp and she had a very different story than ******* provided) ******************************************************************************************* We need this project done on a timely basis and ******* has failed us repeatedly. Unfortunately, if you check the yelp reviews for ***********************, this has happened multiple times. We have copies of many emails and texts (and can furnish them upon request), but no transcripts of our many phone calls...nevertheless the situation is quite clear from the evidence we do have. We simply have no confidence in *********************** and want/need to start over with another Surveyor
