              This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and rudest company i have ever dealt with. They put us as the customer in-between their employee drama. I gave them my debit info over the phone 3 times then was harassed, threatened, and name called due to the lack of communication within the employees and my payment getting processed. 2 weeks after i gave my debit info for the 3rd time, I got fraudulent charges on my card. Not sure if its from them or they lost the info and it ended ** in the wrong hands. Instead of giving my debit info again, I mailed a check for payment. According the county, they didnt leave their info when it was submitted so the inspection cannot be officially completed. They are less than concerned as the owner told me he doesnt like dealing with the county and hes not doing anything else. Very rude, lazy, and frustrating company that is not worth your time.

              regarding this letter or customer, I should say. We did a job for her that required 2 reports for a home sale in ****** county. That were done right a way one is 350 the other 50 plus the dumpins of septic. I have 2 men working and a truck doing these jobs. I have money of on these jobs. I took over a month to get any money from this lady. She gave us a credit card number that was no good and now a check that is short how she didnt pay the ninty some dollars taxes on the ****. I just took the check to the bank today I hope its good. We do a boot 1 realastate sale a day. I have been doing this over 20 years more like 25, You can call ****** ****** county health department and ask when the Odm and the rss reports were put in. Anyways we did our job and it was done in a timely matter "right away" Sorry she is this way.
