After having used Awesco in the past for septic needs, I'm utterly shocked at what happened this time around. I called asking for a septic pump quote for my home that they had serviced before. I was quoted $520, with a $20 charge, equaling out to $560. They scheduled me a few days out. Boy was I surprised when my card was charged $677.71. Idk about you, but if you quote someone, you don't add on additional charges to snake the customer out of money. You be upfront about your pricing so that your company isn't looked at it a negative way. After calling *** at the office and asking what happened, he became hostile and tried justifying his fees that they never mentioned in the quote, such as a $15 fuel surcharge fee, a 2% credit card fee that was never mentioned, a filter cleaning fee of $35. Had I know of these fees, I would have easily of picked another provider. After explaining that I called for a quote and that they have serviced my home in the past without having a bunch of added fees, and then *** replying with "I'm the cheapest in the valley"( NEWSBREAK! HE'S NOT! Try SKY VALLEY PUMPER FOR $580 and not a bunch of extra fees.) he finally relented and said he would credit back the fees.NARRATOR: HE DIDNT!So not only do they lie about quotes and then overcharge me after the service is done, *** then lies about crediting me back. REAL CLASSY ***!After having these guys service my home for years, I'll warn everyone now they are absolutely going to scam you the moment they get a chance. A bunch of lying, greed and deception. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THESE GUYS. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT. Plenty of other great service providers out there in the valley who won't rip you off. BEWARE!

We take ****************** accusations very seriously. All conversations are recorded and here are the actual facts that took place.
Septic pumping was quoted at ****** for the pumping and a ***** filing fee quoted as we are required to file with the county.
Not all systems have a filter - filter cleaning charge was not quoted.
Once the service was performed, a very irate ************** called in to discuss his invoice charges. We did agree to waive and refund the filter cleaning charge and fuel charge that was charged and a credit was issued the same day contrary to ***************** claim.
Now in looking back at the previous invoice from 2021, ************** paid and agreed to the filter cleaning charge, credit card fee and a fuel charge.

Such an awful company, with arrogant employees.Here is my full story.The problem I had with my septic system is the sand filter pump is not stopping as long as it's turned on. I noticed it's running for days. That's why I was looking for help. No alarm is on.I have called for another company for detection, so I know the issue is either with the pump, the floats on the pump, or the drain field is not absorbing much water.I called this company for replacing the floats / replacing the pump. When they arrived, they said they have to do a detection before any fix. And they would not start any work unless I sign for a contract fee of $400+ including tax. Fine. I signed it. But I stated clearly that I want my float to be replaced no matter what your detection result is. They did the detection in less than 10 mins and said my drain field is the issue. I asked him why you think the pump/float is not the issue. He couldn't give an answer. He didn't even pull my pump out and look at it!I asked him if he can help pull the pump out, nicely. And he pulled it out, but not allowing me to even clean the pump. I said I understand the drain field might be an issue, but I also would like to understand if the pump is causing any issue. So can we run a simple test to see if the pump is pumping water. He is not willing to do it. I then said let me run a quick test. I'll just put the pump down into the water and hold on to it, then open the pump to see if it's pumping water. I said it'll take less than **** mins. He immediately said "I need to put the pump back now immediately. I can't wait for you because I have been here more than 30 mins." And he very rudely put my pump back ignoring everything while I was speaking to him. This is so arrogant and so rude! Why do we allow these companies that charges $400 for 30 mins and wouldn't even want to wait additional **** mins for their customers?Such an awful company. It's not helping at all. All they want is money.
