I had them do 2 repairs. One was for tiles coming lose and checking my gutters while up there to ensure they were cleared and to check for a leak since I heard a drip drip. They did an excellent job and forwarded pictures before and after, as well as recommended/forwarded pictures to someone else to do the incomplete chimney leak repair/re-caulking. The people they referred me to never showed and after my inquiries w/Bronson, he found time to send his staff to do the repair, replace siding damaged due to the leak/insufficient work by previous homeowner. The drip drip I heard stopped until 12/2021 and each time I inquired with Bronson *** he said he would come check it out the coming weekend and he still hasn't shown up. He continued to say this weekend until 6/18/22 at which time he replied stating he was thinking with gas he will come when he is in this area. on 6/19/22 he said again not this weekend but soon. I replied any idea when because u have been telling me that since Dec before the gas prices rose and I inquired about the warranties and advised him, I don't want to ruin siding and have to pay another 6K to repair again and his reply was again he would come by this weekend. I still have not seen him and he is one of the owners. I feel like since I have paid, he could care less. I jut want to ensure this doesn't happen to others and I would appreciate his supervising his crews work since he was on site to ensure they did a good job for my money.

6/24/22 He text again and said he would stop this weekend and didn't show. Th following Tues 6/28/22 he asked if I was going anywhere and I replied "no" and he said he would stop by this afternoon, good I wasn't going anywhere. It is now 7/2/22 and I haven't heard nor seen nor received and telephone calls via home or cell from him. I hear the drip drip and I hope is workers caulked the chimney well so I don;t have to pay someone else for a job he advised would be covered under Hardy plank siding warranty but would not give me anything i writing or text when I kep inquiring.
