My insurance carrier was *************************** and I filed a claim regarding the loss at this property. Claim number is **********. I contracted with Missions Resource Group, LLC# *********, contractor ***** *****************, at ***********************************************, to rebuild this property. ************ submitted an estimate to Allstate regarding rebuilding of the property at ********************., and it was accepted by Allstate.A check in the amount of $52,079.69 was paid to ************ on 02/21/2020. The check number was *******. On May 28, 2020, a second check for $50,034.08, check number *******, was submitted to Missions Resource Group, LLC. Total amount from both checks paid to ************ of Missions Resource Group, LLC, came to $102,113.77.As of this writing on 09/03/2022, here is the amount of work that has been completed: a new roof, electrical wiring, plumbing, wall insulation, and installation of a gas furnace and gas hot water tank. Work started around March, 2020. In 2.5 years, ************ managed to only complete the above work. My mortgage company, Provident Funding, is sending an adjuster on September 6, 2022, to assess the work that has been completed. The mortgage company will determine if Missions Resource Group, LLC, has fulfilled their contract for the amount of $102, 113.77 that ************ already received. Clearly, Missions Resource Group, LLC, and contractor ***** ***************** who received $102,113.77 by May 2020 has not fulfilled the contract. Communication with ************ is nonexistent.
