In August of 2023 I told the front office staff of Kitsap Physical Therapy to make no further appointments. The front desk claimed I was missing appointments, while in fact I only attended two physical therapy appointments which I had scheduled.Moreover, they had tried to bill me for these non-existent appointments.This raised red flags in my mind They had tried to bill me for appointments that did not happen.I wrote a letter to the office manager in August 2023 which was never answered nor any of my concerns addressed.I stated that their front office was unable to correctly track and schedule appointments and that I would seek physical therapy elsewhere.I have had no further communication with them since August ********************************* $ ***** a month since October 2023, see bank statement and most recent credit card statement taken as a screen shot.I only discovered this tonight, I usually do not look at the details of my credit card.I am concerned that they may be COMMITTING ******** FRAUD by fradulently billing seniors for treatments which they never performed.In my opinion the best case scenario is that their front office continues to malfunction much like my complaint in August of last year.Worst case scenario is that they are systematically and willfully committing ******** fraud in vulnerable adults.I am 70 years old.Respectfully,********************* ***************************************************************** Cell ************
