I have lived here 4 1/2 Years. This is a slum. Filthy dirty walls, filthy carpeting in hallways. The carpets also are buckling and several residents have tripped. I have reported this constantly in the years I have been stuck here. There are holes in walls, filth in trash rooms, damaged doors, hallway lights that have no new bulbs. Management lies all the time and say they are cleaning up the property., I have dozens of pictures of damages and have sent them to them and property management and no one does anything. Many of us are stuck in this horrible place because we cant afford to move and rents are too expensive. There are 260 apartments. They only have one person who comes and vacuums hallways and dust hand rails. There is no way she can get to all areas. We used to have 3 maintenance personnel. Now there is one actual maintenance person and a guy that was a security guard here at night that they gave a job in maintenance. He can replace bulbs and do other things that dont require experience in maintenance. I have reported these issues to senior service and Housing authorities. They dont have a way to force FPI management or the owners to do anything as they are a private company who owns these buildings. A travesty to have to live in such a disgusting place.
