    Like other reviews without a doubt, I cant find a single positive thing to share. The whole process was chaos at best from assessment of container size, packing team, loading team, local delivery, move coordinators and lost claim analysts. Each team blamed the other, yet ultimately they will do nothing to help or fix that doesnt suit them. Our packers arrived and left because of an injury that was fabricated because the same person following day with no injury. We had to notify the coordinator as they had no clue that no one showed up to finish. Finally a local packer showed at 6pm (6 hours later) and said, I will stay in your apartment all night and sleep here to finish. Completely unprofessional. We lost opportunity for the original sea container to be used so we took a full extra day to complete and we had to do the coordination on site ourselves. The final loading was total chaos with many men in the apartment taking items unnumbered but we were busy monitoring progress in basement so we didnt know they werent packed or numbered including a speaker system which was lost and our claim denied. We had no expectation everything would be perfect but never expected the ultimate in customer service failure. The final blow in the worst experience of our 6 moves was the ***** claims analysts. We submitted a claim for a $400 speaker system. At no time did they reach out for any additional details and the packers claimed no items were left out of boxes and because you signed the document (which we have no receipt or copy of the final signature), we deny your claim. So apparently the policy protects them but not the mover. My only advice to you in dealing with ******* or the ***** moving team is dont. Request another provider. There are way better options and none worse we have worked with.
