              I contacted Bekins for a quote to move from Spokane, WA to Tulsa, OK. Kent was the sales person who gave the estimate. At that time, we were told Bekins would handle our move seamlessly. I signed the contract for our move 2/16/21, and was scheduled to be picked up 4/9/21. On 4/9 the driver arrived and there was no help to load the truck at which point my husband began loading with the driver even though we signed a contract stating Bekins would handle loading/unloading the truck. This was our first issue, followed by several more. When our items arrived in Tulsa it was the same issue. The office was closed at the time the driver arrived so I could not call, and my husband ended up unloading. I did email after hours however. This is when it became dangerously despicable. Attached items show the chain of events and lack of responsibility. In the end we were offered $300 by the regional manager which we have not seen. I am seeking a full refund and a genuine apology.
