    Hello, I had a medical visit in April. When I received the bill, it states I am liable for the full bill amount when according to my insurance, I only should have a small copay.Upon inspection, I realized this practice used my old insurance information ( thus no insurance discount/coverage was applied to to the bill). I provided this practice with my new insurance information, and I have contacted them several times (in writing, called and left voicemails). Eventually, I was able to speak to someone from their billing department a couple of months ago, who assured me they would fix this.The bill has not yet been adjusted. However, since July, this practice has been sending me emails and text messages reminding me to pay my balance. Since speaking to the billing rep on the phone, I have tried to contacting this business again but have not been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone or get a response via their designated message portal online. I am concerned about this going to collections and it affecting my credit score, but I also don't want to pay an incorrect amount on my bill. It feels a bit silly to be writing a complaint here, but I'm not sure what else I should do so that they will stop contacting me to pay the incorrect amount, and will adjust my bill. Once adjusted, I will be happy to pay right away.

    Please do not go here. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I went here back in June 2021 and I was told that I would be able to get a papsmear and bloodwork for free, included in my insurance policy. Yearly womanly work like this is typically covered (once a year) and I have never had to pay anything for this type of appointment.NOW, I am receiving bills in the mail from multiple different businesses like Medical Arts Associates, Quest, etc. I would have NEVER gotten any of this done knowing that I would be charged $1,000 a few months later! I am sick to my stomach knowing that I could have gone somewhere else and gotten this work done for FREE.And why am I just now writing this review? WELL because the managment and worker turn over is so high that you cannot get ahold of ANYONE who works here. Ive been back and forth with them for 7 months now regarding these bills ive been sent and its a nightmare! Always on my todo list to call Medical Arts Associates (and I never get an answer OR a call back). At this point, it looks like I will have to pay these bills. The price keeps going up because of LATE FEES since I cannot get ahold of this Medical Arts Associates. Rediculous. Prime example of healthcare just wants your MONEY!!
