This company has been a huge disappointment. Ive been playing one of their games called Ever Merge for about a year and a half so Im pretty clear on how it works. They have bonus games ranging from three to seven days that you can chop obstacles for pieces to create larger objects to unlock levels. Well I made it through but after chopping all obstacles there was no way to unlock the last two levels. I reached out to customer service and while responding in a timely manner, albeit polite, they were completely unhelpful (and used an unecessary amount of emojis). They asked for screenshots of my purchase history and what I was looking at on the game from my end. Im pretty sure the representative did not read my question, let alone looks at the pictures or the problem would be obvious. Its sad that a company that grossed $150 million dollars last year, and a parent company Aristocrat Leisure, had a revenue of $2.1 billion US dollars last year, can not find a way to effectively help their customers. I came to the ******************** only to find that they are accredited. If you read what it means to be accredited for the BBB, this company does not fit the bill. They are rated a 1.45. How are they still accredited? Its sad that the BBB, that people have trusted for so many years, would allow this.Review from Maria D

I'm supposed to get a daily boost every day..do u know how many daily boost they skipped out on especially on Aug 1st n today Aug 3rd 2024.im so fed up customer service is horrible they never compensate u for anything not even if the game acts up on their part the customer is always wrong or at fault ..a daily boost is a boost everyday not when they feel like giving one..I was approved by ***** for a daily boost 6 months ago she was awesome these new people have no clue I pay into my daily boost I expect my daily boost every day!! I write in *********** a day and I still get nowhere if there's another lawsuit I want to be in law I want to be the first one on the list cuz I'm sick and tired of being a nobody to these people.. I write an early after midnight the night before and I should have my boost the next day hasn't happened yet.. I don't have any customers and I expect to get my boost. As a tier 16 spending over $20,000 in 2 months they say their proprietary formula is a 5b boost which is not at all correct. All of my friends are getting 200+b daily so its either favoritism or your system isnt correct and all you get in response is an AI generated generic response. After spending over $240,000 your words are your royalty to us. Thats not royalty. I received better boosts as a tier14 then I do now. Im a loyal customer and Ive proven that. Im sure the *** and its investors would not be very happy to hear about this kind of treatment. Itreat me fair not like yesterdays trash. One way or another Ill get an email to the *** to inform him of this treatment.Review from Josh S

Constantly and lately jackpot slots developers have doubled dipped in the customer pockets. Meaning you spend a set of amount of dollars which I have done. The chips I get I lose consistently. The service I am getting isn't to play the game isn't fun. They consistently take our chips after a short period of purchasing. They take our money to benefit themselves to come out with other slots that are similar to others they already created. There is no benefit in return. I'm sick and tired of spending money on a company that has no return in earning chips. So in return you big fish games double in our pockets and take all your chips back after purchasing. Even playing for free and earning chips you take them all from us in a short period of time. The win loss ratio is disgusting to see and all this only benefits you but not the customer/consumer. Big fish is a scum lowest of the low. They steal money from you and then make you feel like you're getting something in return. I have spent thousands of dollars to get to tier 8 and it's useless to even have. I wish I would have deleted this app 9+ years ago. No wonder they got sued to death and then hardly payed anything to everyone. The odds are always against you and you never win. Fake millionaire bots all in rooms now that **** the life out of everything. I hope they are happy with the millions they are cheating hard working people out of. Need to make it to where you can win every so often and be able to cash out and leave the game. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this crappy game.Review from Kenneth G

Big Fish and Jackpot Magic Slot are a total scam. They set their algorithms to limit the winnings so youll lose everything and tempt you to buy in. How this is even legal is beyond me, and they lost a big court case and had to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars. they start out slowwithcheating you. Theypromise you every year you nare a member they will send you a big fih plushy, charging you 6.99 (83.88a month, then they wait until your card expire and tell you there was BREAK IN year so you are ineligible for the plushy. They did this to mr 3 years 1st time in 201, changed my password so i didnt have access to my account **** *** ***** **** ** *** *** *** **** ** *****. ******* they just took all my credits, whic was 6.99every month since 2010 until i removed my card.I cant use themReview from Charles R

************** have been trying to get my games Library back correctly about a year as purchased many years back. On the Real Crimes: **** the Ripper , the file ended with . Tar.gz and could not get that unzip file to load or save it, and now it says File does not have an app associated with if for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create and associate in this Default app setting page. I am listing the problems of what is wrong with my Library. They have refused to fix my library. Only Big Fish can do so, not me. It is their file on their computer and the club members can only access the file, not repair it.1.] Syberia-Part 1 has 2 entries, Also, Syberia has one listed as Plane (Syberia), also 1 entry as (Syberia II). 2.] Syberia-Part 2 has 2 entries, 3.] Syberia-Part 3 has 2 entries, 4] Syberia II has one entry which is the same as item 2. I printed out my Library of ***** listing by Big Fish and found these additional errors.A.]1912: Titanic Mysteries has 2 entries both with the same information.B.]Hidden Expeditions: The Crown of ************************** has 2 entries Both with the same Information.C.]*********: A Queens Destiny has 2 entries, D.]Dark Tales: ************************** **************************** has 2 entries both with the same Order # and dates. I have been playing Big Fish Casino for a very long time and am currently a VIP tier 16, which means I have spent thousands on this app for virtual chips and gold bars, which gold could be gifted as chips. A few days ago, I received a message from BF saying that my gold "privilege" had been revoked with no explanation whatsoever. First and foremost how can it be a privilege if purchased? I have had numerous conversations with a customer service rep to only tell me that I have violated their terms and conditions and I need to reach the conditions. They have also advised me that their decision is irreversible and final. So without any further explanation, I lost 292K gold bars which equals to $584K, however, I am still able to purchase gold but can't use it. Plus I was told any further communication relating to this subject will be automatically closed out. Secondly, I am not able to spin in a private or friends room, because their Trust and Safety Team said so, I asked if they could put me in contact with somebody on this team and they said no. They have to trust what their teams says. Again, with no explanation at all except for we said so. And thirdly, as I mentioned earlier I am a tier 16, and I receive fewer chips for purchase than the other tier 16 players, they state is because of location, ***************. SO basically, we are all treated differently even though on the same tier, even though we are in the same country and state. I am asking that you look into this nonsense and let me know how I "violated the terms". Not just ask me to read the terms and conditions. If you are taking away somebody's ability to do something on the app then you should explain. If you have no evidence, which you don't. Then I would expect to be able to use my gold and play in private/friend rooms.
