            Regarding crawl space clean out that hasn't been completed. Signed contract for rodent work * crawl space cleaning on 8/3/20. Rodent work to be done first. They mistakenly sent out crawl space clean team who didn't speak English so * couldn't address with them. Then spoke with **** (sales/service) who assured me they would do it again once rodent issue was done. June 2021, Tech ***** told me we had mountain beaver issue. Engaged two different wildlife specialists in July 2021 who said it was moles and mountain ******* do not exist in this area. * was told how to treat at home for moles which * did. Called for final rodent inspection * spoke with *** who * reminded about the situation; he said they were short staffed * to have patience. Never saw anyone come out. Called again in July 2022; calls back from Christian on 7/6 * then *** on 7/21. *** said 1st step was to get rodent issue done * then redo clean out. He assured me it would be done * fully under warranty. 8/11/22, Tech ***** came out and again said large animal f**** still present * his report says it's a mountain beaver; asked him to set traps but he refused * when * told him * that we were told no large animal * mole problem was taken care of, he told me to get another opinion. Emailed the company that day and followed up with phone call a couple of weeks later. Receptionist ****** acknowledged receiving my email and always says she'll have someone get back with me, but no one ever does. Got ahold of *** * * have an invoice dated 9/30/22 where *** came for inspection but * never saw him and never heard from anyone again about treatment for rodents. Emailed company on 4/2/24, calls on 6/6/24 and 6/20/24 - ****** says she's sent this issue to *******************. * left message for *** on 7/29/24. No word as of now.

            I was hoping to get a phone call from them to discuss an issue with the service they provided, I made few attempts and reached out to their main office, nothing but " someone will call you in the afternoon" Well, still no phone call. I chose them because I wanted my business to go to a local company in the city I live in. They deserve a 5-star review for the incompetence and 1 star for the service they provided.

            We initially serviced this customer for ants on July 9th of this year. He declined the recommended drill and treat option and opted for an exterior treatment only which costs much less than the drill & treat. Our technician returned on July 26th for a follow up service. Customer indicated they were having no issues and turned our tech away before he could complete the service. On August 6th, our technician was sent back to this customer after he called and said they found ants upstairs where they had not seen them before. Our technician again recommended a drill and treat service which would be an additional charge since he had only paid for the previous exterior treatment. He wanted our tech to perform the service for free and we explained that it was a more expensive service which he had not paid for yet. We did offer to perform the drill & treat service at a discount which he again declined. The customer then called the office later to complain about his service. Our pest manager promptly returned his call on and left a voicemail since the customer did not answer. The customer did not return the call. This communication all transpired late last week. We will continue to try to reach the customer to address his concerns. We do not feel that this review accurately describes our consistently high level of customer service and follow up.
