This is the second time this has happened to me the first time I just let it go but I will not let it go this time because it's frustrating on January 2nd 2022 at 4:45 p.m. I pulled in to The Big easy car Wash on meridian in Puyallup Washington to wash my car I went to the change machine and got the tokens a total of six went to the stall just right of the machine stuck the tokens in nothing happened I couldn't even turn the dial on the car wash machine to choose which option I wanted so I went back up more money out of my purse went back to the machine got tokens a total of five went to the stall just left of the machine put it in nothing happened nothing no sounds no nothing I am so upset right now I took pictures of the stalls that are I was in that didn't work the way the machine looked after I put the money in there's spray paint everywhere I did happen to get a picture that had the phone number for any technical problems I called that number it goes straight to an answering machine and then it beeps and tells you that the answering machine is full please try again later really what kind of business is this I know that it's self-serve there's no on-site person but there should be a person that comes in regularly I'm sure they do to get the money there's no return coin button on the machines I noticed so you can't even get your coins back I understand these places give vandalized all the time but if somebody comes in every day they should test the machines every day the empty the garbage everyday and put a sign up that says this one's not working today please try another something because I wonder how many people come here waste their money have the same problem I am and can't even get compensated their money back or even tokens to use and install that works I can't even leave a message to complain which is b.s. because I know there's no way today they got so many messages to where they can't accept anymore they need a responsible person to check daily or close
