            These women state that they cannot lift dreads from the tips due to their licensing and I cant seem to figure out why becuase they have older ppl with no keratin getting layers of dye and styling and there seems to be no accountability.             Do not enroll in this school, they are a SCAM, way overpriced and not even worth the education they give, I was enrolled to start January 2020, March 2020 school shut down and had the option to go on LOA or continue just theory online, I went on LOA but they still required me to pay towards my $20k tuition, after about 6 months they opened the school back up and they did not help with settling back into the program, very unprofessional, the school director would go weeks without showing up on campus, very hard to reach her, was told before 900 hours I could get a refund if I decided to unenroll, I was told I was just under 900 hours so I would be able to get the $9k refund I had already paid. Once I was actually able to get a hold of the director she said I was not eligible for a refund because I was actually at 931 hours and owed them about $2k, I asked if I could return my eyelash kit since they never taught me lash extensions along with some items I never used and get refunded for that she said sure and I was only refunded about $400 that they used towards the $2k I supposedly owed, all in all the experience was not worth $2k and I'm now out $9k.

            When beginning the cosmetology program student sign an enrollment agreement prior to enrolling in the program.  The enrollment agreement details our refund policy for withdrawals.
