I was attached to another mans business savings account with access to it for 8 months. I notified ****** and she looked it up in their system saw it and told me the name of the mans business my name was attached to through banking accounts. She said she would tell *********************, nothing ever happened. Then I told ********, she was surprised and she quietly said she would make my name disappear from his account. Later that day I decided to call the man myself and tell him about it, he had said that he was just in there that morning asking ******** about fraud on his account and that she said his account was safe, so he was glad that I notified him because they never did reach out to him that day. He went back to the bank and complained as well as closed all his accounts. Two weeks later. I get a letter in the mail stating that my business accounts are being closed and no reason explaining why. I went in and asked ********************* why and she told me she is closing my accounts due to my inappropriate behavior. Shocked and confused I asked why again and she said I am not allowed to contact another person banking through heritage about their account. She then said that if I contact him again that she will put a civil law suit against me. First of all, I would have never known how to reach out to him if they hadnt given me the name of his business! (Which is an even bigger breach on that mans privacy) I also have the right to contact him and the branch manager should not be threatening me. Though I already wanted to close out my accounts through this bank due to their insecure banking as well as the lack of their women in this branch doing their job, Im absolutely appalled by *** Bobinaks inappropriate behavior herself. Realistically, *** is closing my accounts due to the fact that the man went back to the bank and scolded her for it. So *** is now abusing her privileges as branch manager and closing my accounts due to her personal feelings and embarrassment.
