            August 3, 2023. Appointment with **** Glass to repair/replace rear window smashed on my vehicle. Price and date agreed vehicle arrived for replacement. After pick up glass installed no function of rear defroster nor any radio reception. Those items are a part of the rear window. Built into the glass. Several attempts at resolution. No action on ***'s Glass part. Claim they will call me but never did. Safety issue unable to see out of rear window. Further auto pedestrian accident. ******* police. Case number upon request. Just asking for a functional window as agreed prior to repair.

            Owner knew I was coming after 5pm because of my work schedule. This is after I dropped car off at 8am and they said they would call me when it's done. I got a call from *** the owner at 4:27 asking me where I was and when I would be coming in. I told him I never received a call and that I am still at work. *** continued to focus blame on me for not calling them and additionally started blaming his staffing problems. *** continued to try and intimidate me by leaving a pistol unattended and in view on the front desk on my arrival. It took me telling *** that I was recording for his review. It was at that point he reluctantly placed the gun out of sight but still within his reach. This individual is unwell and does not need to have a weapon. Further, he accepted my business and gave me the date to have the work accomplished. Lastly, they failed to reinstall the rear wiper motor and assembly for my back window. Attorney General of ********** has been notified and police report filed against the owner for displaying a weapon in an intimidating fashion when he knew a customer was arriving.
