            I bought a lemon from a dealership in *******, and took the truck to ******* Garage on Aug. 10. Shop owner demanded payment for invoice of $3100 plus on Aug. 18 which dealership paid. It is now Sept 9 and the shop still hasn't completed work. Shop owner has hung up on me and refuses to speak with me. The tech keeps making excuses for why work isn't completed. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed budget who isn't currently capable of walking the six miles to see if my vehicle is even at the shop. Please help.

            They did work on my car and six months later we are replacing the coils and sparkplugs that they had "replaced". When we picked up the car we were told they did a complementary oil change and we drove for one day and the oil light was on, not only did they not do an oil change but it had zero oil in the car. We were overcharged for services and lied to about the price before we picked it up. I will never set foot in this store again, they scam people and say services were done that were never done, I have let anyone I know to never come here and I have heard multiple people agree and say the same, Shame on you ****** do better, it's disgusting how you scam people.

            First and foremost, I apologize for the services you feel you received here. We offer a 5 year 50K mile warranty on all of our work at the shop. It has been a year since you have been in, I am sorry this is the first time that I have heard of the issue. Secondly, if the parts had to be replaced that we put on your vehicle, including the oil change, please contact me or email me the invoice and I will gladly reimburse you for this. Again, I take things of this nature very seriously, and if you would like to email me at **************************************** I will take care of this for you immediately!!
