              Rocket Transportation double charged me for a ride on 10-31-2021. the confirmation numbers I received were RKT0000106179 AND RKT0000106177. I called the company and they cancelled RKT0000106179 but never issued me a refund. When I filed a complaint through my bank, they refused to issue a refund.

              This company has terrible customer service! Yes Ive used them in the past and it was ok. However this time I booked a reservation on their transportation van to ******* for a flight, one week in advance. I followed all protocols and checked in the day before our reservation pick up time to confirm. I was told it would be a 1:05 pm pick up, even though previously I was told 2:30pm. Ok fine ! Then later that evening I had a message left on my phone that we were being picked up at 5:00 am instead. I called to see what happened and basically they admitted to making mistakes and canceling our ride and moved to earlier time without even being asked if that would work, as a result we had to cancel our reservations last minute causing much stress as we were due to leave for our trip and no ride . I ask them to make it right and they did not ! I just want people to know they are not reliable and do not stand by there word . Even when its in writing!
