Purchased a new 2022 Keystone Fusion from dealer in March 2022. Took camping 1 time to ****** and camper flooded twice. Returned to dealership 4/21 and they have had it for over a month and no repairs have been completed. Blame Keystone for delay. Also blamed owner for not approving the repairs. Spoke to owner, Kenny, today and he was rude and refused to make good on the unit. Stated that he would ‘pull the unit outside the gate and I could come get it.’ Dealership and owner doesn’t seem to care about customer or product they deliver. Have had to cancel 2 camping trips already and more are in danger of being cancelled. Due to water damage in the unit, there is a severe risk of mold and mildew exposure which is a definite health hazard, not to mention the other issues with the unit. Dealership will not refund or replace unit and does not care. No time frame would be given for even repairs. Keystone is not any better to work with. Purchased this unit from RV Outlet, so they should make good on the product they sell. Very disappointed in the product and customer service at dealership. More than 22 warranty claims filed, numerous cosmetic issues, and open recall on the unit. Many photos, videos, and emails showing damage to unit and communications with Keystone and dealership. Buyer beware and stay away from this dealer.
