This company has been sending me bills for a tank rental for over a year. I have written numerous letters. Blossman purchased the company from another owner for whom I had a contract with. The oral rental agreement was 40 per year on tank rental if I didn't purchase at least 100 gal of fuel. So all of sudden Blossman decides they're going to chare 131.63 per year. I refuse to pay that. We agreed on 50 last summer and I paid it. And then this year it all starts over. I have no contract with Blossman. The tank is buried within 3 feet of my front porch that I paid the original owner to have buried. I have written and said they could remove the tank but they're responsible for all damages done to my property or I would pay 300 for the tank and it's mine. Customer service is horrible. Just because a company decides to start charging 3 times the tank rental should I obligate customers for paying it. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I paid the 50 that I paid last summer but they're still sending me bills and won't remove the additional charges.
