Mar.9/20 -I called Haines Group for a quote on a 74x120 bay window. Mar.12/20 - Robert Haines & quote June 2/20 - Installer measured window July 30/20 - Window installed (bad quality plywood used for top & bottom) Aug. 24/20 - Paid for Window (they did not finish the base & top as quoted - reduced bill by $100 and I had to finish paint May 17/21 - Reported bad base & top @ Tillsonburg told me they would come Tues May 18/21 - NO Show June 1/21 - 2 men showed up unannounced to inspect window. (I wasn't home) talked to my wife (blamed the quality of paint, my painting, & the window manufacturer - VWD (Vinyl Window Designs) for supplying poor quality materials Oct 26/21 - Still no response so I stopped at Simcoe store & asked secretary (Krista Douglas) to have Robert Haines to give me a call to arrange to have problem looked at and arrive at a solution to the problem. Damage is getting worse ! Still NO RESPONSE maybe your organization should take a harder look at what businesses you endorse before you allow them to include a copy of your endorsement "A+" with their quotes. It affects a customers decision! If I have not heard from them or your organization I will have to seek legal advice. I have checked the boxes below only because this cannot be submitted without doing so!
