            I had $16,000 dollars worth of Concrete work done in August 2021, A driveway, sidewalks and Patio, the work was excellent and we were very happy with the work as originally done, However in February 2022 6 months later during a freeze thaw cycle 2 cracks developed in the driveway. I contacted the company and was told someone ( ****) would come and check it out, No one did, I have contacted the company , via ******** ********* , phone and e-mail, multiple times since then and have received no response from the company. So much for their advertised 1 year warranty apparently it doesn't exist or they have no intention of honoring it. I want to have this corrected if possible and at least have someone get in contact with me and come out and evaluate and repair the issue.

            I had filed a complaint due to some Cracks that occurred 6 months after completion of our driveway. After some communication problems with the company Once we got those worked out and had Fort out to see the problem He agreed it was a issue and they Came back and removed a good portion of the original work and redid it . We were very happy with the company and how the work was done the first time and the follow up replacement and repair was also a good experience. The company and crew are great to deal with and it was great to see them stand behind their warranty.
