HelloI have been having every day issues with the customer service, maintenance, on my newly purchased second vehicle.********************************************************************************************************************************************** I have missed 8 days of work because my car was ********** getting fixed.My car has water drainage coming from my front windshield which flooded my passenger side flooring, my car barely starts ******************************************************************************************.I had asked to get the maintenance slips to see what has been changed or was replaced but was never there to show me.******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Thank You

We are willing to bring Mr. ******'s vehicle in and honour any service that was agreed to on his contract and bill of sale. We have brought Mr. ******'s vehicle in on other occasions when he had concerns. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** If Mr. ****** would like to call me I would be more then happy to discuss any issues he may be having and I will do my best to rectify any problems that he is having. We are not going to cancel the contract on the current vehicle. We are willing to repair anything that falls within his 30 day guarantee or that would be covered under the warranty that he signed for. If he is concerned about speaking with someone that will get it done he is more then welcome to phone the manager **** ******* at anytime and I would be more then happy to answer and questions he has and make sure that the work promised gets done. I have not received any messages or anything from him so again not getting through by calling to the dealership is something I am just learning about. If you would like Mr. ****** can call my personal cell phone to arrange the repairs and that way he can be assured that I will pick up so we can set an appointment and get this taken care of. My personal cell number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. We are more then willing to stand behind any guarantees that were given and would like to resolve this and make sure Mr ****** is comfortable in the vehicle he chose. We are not interested in cancelling the contract though and will not be taking the vehicle back unless Mr ****** is interested in trading it in.

we purchesed a car from 5 star and we have had it in for repair two weeks after we got it. But when the problem started again they kept on saying they would call us to get it fixed and still have not called us and it has been a year .. we have called 5 star and **** will not call us back.. the garage also repaired our heater that did not need fixing so now it is broken.. we also told them that or strut tower needed to be fixed and they said they were waiting for a part well its been a year also. I do not know what else to do with this matter.. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
