              Beware of the simultaneous policy issue scam. if you have a loan, you will need a title insurance polict for the loan amount, then typically you or the seller have to buy another "owners" policy for the full amount of purchase, which of course chicago title is going to charge again, so you have two policies both at or near the purchase price, on the same property, and they charged the full premium for both, and in the very remote case of full loss of title, are they going to pay for full covered amount on both policies, absolutely not. its a scam
