              Had a issue with a transaction that should not have gone through, I am a deaf/hearing impaired disabled individual I could not hear the representative on the phone so I had my wife speak who is also on the account. My wife tried to explain the severity of my hearing and the representatives response was insinuating my wife was lying and a tiny verbal confronting lead after, we filed a complaint with the state. We also spoke with bank management who acted so concerned and apologetic and said they were concerned about how we were feeling. Then they responded to state complaint and the response was a complete different experience. Very rude, has no concern of how we felt and put the whole blame on me and the response does not justify their employee the right to discrimination against disabilities We are pling out and taking this as far as we can. I would never recommend WMCU to anyone
