Because they advertise free loaner cars I initially brought my Jeep to ********************** Auto Repair to fix something a previous repair shop caused and an original issue with a phaser code, I paid roughly three thousand dollars only to have the check engine light illuminate before I made it from their shop to my house. And so ********************** Auto had my Jeep for a month and in addition to what the warranty company paid I paid thousands out of my pocket only to have the problem not fixed. So I call ********************** Auto Repair and multiple weeks later they made the time to check into my Jeep, the office fellow explained to me the loud valve noises are very likely the cause of my Jeep being in limp mode with the check engine light on, I explained that my Jeeps always sounded like that and he made it clear that it wasnt right and is very likely the problem.so multiple months later Im contacted and told that though it took a while longer than expected, theyre pretty sure theyve got it fixed and so I test drive it around the block and return with it still onhaving already paid nearly six thousand dollars in addition to the previous visit! Oddly Ive got audio evidence of **** telling me that the valve noise is a sign of the problem even though I said otherwise but he wrote differently that he claimed he didnt knowyet I paid ********************** Auto Repair not much less than $10,000 and because Im unable to be without my vehicle for multiple months at a time like they had my Jeep at their shop before, theyre unable to get it repaired in a proper timely manner! Sadly not only has ********************** Auto Repair not fixed my Jeep, theyve caused me to go into debt as I had to get a loan to pay the bill. ********************** Auto Repair was fully aware Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income when I first became their customer and still they milked my wallet dry and destroyed my joy and happiness of Sunday drives down side roads with the top off in the sunshine! Sharing the documentation with people, many told me to sue ********************** at. Not me

Brought car in for short in tail light wiring. They changed fuse and charged me. I said I wanted the short found and fixed. They charged me more and said there was no short. Took the car out and the first time I trued lights on, the fuse blew. Called and they said return and they will test it for free as though they Hadnt tested it the first time and only charged me. I do not trust them to not charge me without doing work again!

Before the customer picked up his vehicle we did verify the integrity of the brake light circuit. At the time it was functioning as designed AFTER we removed some additional wiring that the customer had a relative install that connected the two separate tail light circuits. We charged for a half hour of time to verify that the tail lights($59.94) were working correctly, as well as for the blown fuse ($2.54.) We did not charge any labor for finding the blown fuse. It is possible, and not uncommon, for electrical faults to be intermittent. For this reason, we advised the customer to come back for a free retest not because it wasn't tested the first time, but to maintain customer satisfaction in the event that something was missed on the initial diagnoses, or that new symptoms had presented since the vehicle was released.

It is also possible that by having the two tail light circuits jumper wired together, damage was done to the control module that was not evident at the time, or needed more time for symptoms to progress.

We are still offering a free retest to find out what exactly is going on with the customer's vehicle if they are interested in returning to us, as we want everyone to be satisfied with their service. The customer has not reached out to us to schedule a retest at this time.
