Very shady business practices! I purchased a CPO, and have discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed or which I was flat out lied to by the sales rep.1st, I noticed an issue with the haptic seat motor soon after I got home (4 states away). When I called, the rep disclosed he knew about it, and that the issue "popped up" one day before I arrived to get it while they were prepping it for me. He told the ************ to "make it go away," and said he never mentioned it to me because he didn't want it to ruin the transaction since I was travelling so far and that he thought they could get it fixed before I showed up.The 2nd thing was that the previous owner was clearly a smoker. This didn't bother me, per se, but my grip was that they never disclosed it at all before I made the 4-state trip. The 3rd thing is that I ordered front and rear floormats for the truck. When I got to ********, he said he didn't know what happened but he didn't have the front mats, and that he would make sure they would be shipped to me. When they got to my house about a week later, they didn't fit in the truck at all. He said they needed to be cut to fit; I know this is the case for some mats, but these were a completely different mold and would not fit the trim of my truck no matter how much material was removed. I then requested a refund and had to send about 5 follow-up emails due to no responses. I finally called in and he said he couldn't give a refund, and suggested to sell them on ********** or Facebook.The biggest/4th issue was that my local shop called to check on previous warranty repairs and found out the engine lifters had been previously replaced under warranty! I explicitly asked for the history from the rep prior to coming to see all the previous service and all warranty work. He disclosed nothing other than oil change records and a trans/diff fluid change.I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend conducting business with Cole Buick GMC Cadillac.
