              The travel agent, Sharon B*** was very rude and nonprofessional. Her site promotes where dreams come true but my experience was a nightmare. I wanted to experience a traditional Luau while on vacation in Honolulu, Hawaii. Instead I received some inferior entertainment in a mall! No beach, no hula girls or roasting a pig. I was devastated and disappointed. Sharon responded she didn’t know it wasn’t a traditional Luau. But she claims to be a world traveler and this was her second time to Hawaii. In addition when I asked for a print out for what I paid for, Sharon Bell became very angry and hung up the phone. Be aware of this travel agent. She’s not what she says on her site.
