Pavers in Paradise was contracted to install Marble pavers in the Lanai. The pool was not covered causing it to be clogged from dust for two weeks after they departed. The marble purchased was the French pattern coming in four different sizes. Instead of installing the manufactured sizes as they were delivered, they were cutting them further to smaller sizes and installing them in the middle of the Lanai instead at the edge against the wall! This was even though I showed them the recommended layout by the manufacturer. When I complained they removed the patches of marble and replaced them with the manufacturer delivered sizes. Consequently, loss of marble pavers. On the last day, the Owner was paid in full and promised to email the warranty on labor and material. The area around the Lanai was left in disarray full of dust from cutting the marble. It took a week to clean the bed plants. Days later I noticed that the drain is not leveled. Texted Owner. He sent his workers to repair. However, the problem reoccurred in addition to noticing other areas where the marble was cut further and patched. I emailed pictures to Owner. I left more than one voicemail, texted and emailed with no reply at all. The warranty email was never received although he told me verbally that the labor warranty is one year. Here we are a month after they left, defects are not repaired! Readers to draw their own conclusion if there is any Paradise in the company's commitment and its quality of work.
