    I have bought 3 new Miatas, refered 4 friends who bought new Mazdas & have been servicing my cars there for 33 years! The same tech,****, has been working on my car for decades. I called on Fri.2/17 to make an appointment for the following week. I was told **** works Wed,-Sat. so I made an appointment to drop it off Tues. at 4pm so **** could start on it Wed. morning. I said I needed a ride home. I had to wait 40 min. for the shuttle. I waited all Wed. morning for an estimate and called them at 11:30am. I agreed to repair the a/c, a front brake job & an oil change. Over $2,000. The a/c compressor had to be ordered. Thinking that they would do the ************ change Wed. I called Thur. ******** and was told the compressor was there. I asked when my car would be ready, no answer. I called Fri. to see when I could pick it up, no answer. They didn't want to tell me no work had been done. I called Sat. morning and told them I had to have my car back that day. They told me it would be ready end of the day. I asked what time, they said 5:30. Sign on the door says closed Sat. at 4pm. I got there at 5:15 and sat on the bench at the service drive for two and a half hours! Watched the sun set and waited another hour and a half! There were several overcharges on my bill that were wrong and were fixed. I found out that the service mgr.,*****, had pulled **** off my car Wed. morning to work on other cars. Work on my car resumed Sat. afternoon. I asked ***** why my car wasn't done Thurs., no answer. I asked why it wasn't done Fri., no answer. I asked why am I getting my car back at a quarter to 8 at night? No answer. Insult to injury, my pristine sportscar was filthy as it had been sitting behind the service building for days! No one left to wash it as all the bay doors were closed & all the lights were out. I spoke to *********************** the Gen. **** Mon. morning who said he'd look into it. Never heard from him again. I sent an email to *********************,CEO of Mazda ***. Never got a reply.
