    ZERO STARS!! After I placed the order, which did not include bogus fees, advantage package or icon connect. I built a truck order on GM website that did NOT include ikonconnect, ceramic coating packages or bogus fees. I was given misleading information stating that I would have the option to purchase a 3 or 5 year (went back and forth on the length) warranty for the ceramic coating ONLY. Come to find out it was $2500 for all this extra **** I did not choose. Which they claim I was told about on day of order and they have you sign a bogus paper with the extra **** but when you question about it they say dont worry well discuss that when the order arrives, because Im not obligated to buy once it arrives. The lack of communication from the salesperson throughout the whole process was horrible!! I was never contacted about status updates. I had to contact them. Then I find out that my original salesman quit! Upon delivery and pickup they did a horrible detail job, failed to top off DEF. Told me it was ready yet, no DEF, no fuel, complete incompetance, who knows what else they did or did NOT do! The finance person was a total jerk, didnt like me asking questions, kept pushing me to sign papers, hesitated and made excuses when asked for my deposit refund. Would not remove the advantage package I did not ask for or order. The idiot finance person made a ton of nonsense credit inquiries which all went on my report. I should have walked out and let them pay interest on an unpurchased vehicle as it sat on the lot with all the other unpurchased vehicles for not willing to negotiate with me at all or provide the slightest transparency!!

    Please accept my sincerest apologies that we disappointed you during your recent purchase experience. At Buick GMC Brooksville it is our goal to provide every guest an exceptional experience with full transparency and I'm sorry that you feel that was not provided to you.
    The packages and pricing were clearly communicated to you in detail when you signed the finalized order documentation back on March 19th with all items itemized. I am confident that there was no lack of communication at that time, as I was the one that prepared the order package for you and worked with the salesperson.
    We understand that the order process can be lengthy and we try to provide as much information to our customers as possible during that time. Numerous updates were provided by myself, other members of our management team and the salesperson.
    My apologies that your experience with our finance manager was not a good one. This will certainly be addressed, as we are always striving to improve the level of service we provide.  The inquiries to your credit were necessary to obtain an approval to meet your needs.  Generally, multiple inquiries for the same type of loan can be counted as a single inquiry if they are done in a short period of time and will likely have minimal impact on your score. 
    In regards to the detail, we are more than happy to have the vehicle detailed for you again, at your convenience.
    Once again, our sincerest apologies that your experience did not meet your expectations. If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
