            Please note we have 2 complaints. We bought a used car from Autonation Honda Clearwater, ** in December 2023. As we reside in ********, **, they shipped the car to their ************ store for delivery. When we took possession of the car we discovered a giant burn on the interior driver's side door (size of a grapefruit or larger). This defect was never disclosed on any pictures, website, description nor any verbal or written correspondence. Additionally, we have not been able to tag the vehicle in Chatham County, **. *********** continues to say the dealership has not filed the necessary paperwork and the dealership continues to say it should arrive in a few days and continues to send "temporary" tags. At this point, they have stopped returning calls emails and text messages. My wife is the primary driver of the vehicle and works on ********************. She will not be able to continue driving on base if we cannot get the vehicle registered and tagged.

            On December 30, 2022 I purchased a 2023 Honda Passport. I left the dealership with a registration that expired February 2024, along with a line item on my contract showing where I paid for that registration. When I renewed my tags in February 2024 I discovered that the registration I paid for was cancelled on 1/6/2023 and expired in February 2024. I drove for a year with no legal registration on my car, but did not know about it until I had to pay the revenue office for the year my vehicle was unregistered, even though I already paid.This is clearly a breach of contract and fraud.
