I've been experiencing very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from their "trained" office employees, favoritism, very inattentive to the important issues, I have been handled with complete disregard, and my concerns, when voiced, have been thrown off onto one another like a game of ping pong, and now they are starting to nit-pick at every little thing that goes on around my home.1. Gated Community - The gate is never closed; maybe five times out of the month. Please update. Also, I am not a racist or discriminating by any means, but I recently voiced a concern of people jumping over the fence in broad daylight but the security guard on duty was not able to understand or grasp what I was desperately trying to explain. Again, I brushed it off.************ - There is loud music every ***************** afternoon, leading into the weekend. We all want to enjoy our weekends/days off. Just let the tenants know to do so respectfully. 3. Parking - Parking is limited here. If your car is .5 inches too far from the grass or "in the road", your vehicle will not be there when you return. PLEASE UPDATE. I can't count how many times I have had to pay $305 (in cash only) to get my vehicle back into my possession. 4. Speeding - I know you don't have much say so in this department, but just PLEASE inform/speak with the on duty security about this. There are toddlers, teenagers and elderlies exercising in the street everyday here no matter the time of day. There is no reason vehicles should be doing 55 mph in a subdivision. 5. Garden - I have a remembrance garden for a loved one that just passed and I have fruit trees also. I was recently aggressively suggested to chop them down. The remembrance garden is new but the trees have been here for years. What is the real issue here people?6. Pets - My pet has recently become an issue as well. Please point me to the statute that coincides with this new concern.7. Pending refund - I am still awaiting a promised refund from the front office.
