My experience during the homeowner's insurance renewal process has been incredibly frustrating.I reached out to them a month before my renewal date through multiple phone calls and emails, but received no response. Their lack of communication is disappointing and shows a disregard for customer needs.I faced further difficulties trying to update my flood insurance to match my building and contents' value, a task they were responsible for. Despite requesting assistance from the flood insurance carrier, there was no response from either party, making the process even more frustrating.My husband tried visiting their office, but the location listed on their website was closed. The alternative address we found online was locked and inaccessible, compounding our frustrations.Despite reporting their lack of communication to the Better Business Bureau, it took three weeks for them to finally reach out, highlighting their poor customer service and lack of urgency. In total, it took two months to receive any communication from them.During the transition period, the delays prevented me from saving money as initially anticipated.I caution individuals considering World Insurance Associates, LLC. for their insurance needs. Their lack of communication, inaccessible service, and unresponsiveness have caused significant frustration.
