    My vehicle, a 2018 Audi SQ5, was towed to a tow lot after an accident on 9/12/2022. My husband is a mechanic and he already knew that the damages to the vehicle in the accident could easily be repaired and that it would not be totaled. While it was at the tow lot at ******* ***************************** Salvage, before being sent to the ***************************************** to be repaired, it was damaged. The tow company completely removed the bumper and it is now missing, and they cut the engine harness wire (clean cut, not from accident) according to *******. The tow company was NOT told that the vehicle was totaled. Our auto insurance adjuster said that the vehicle had about $12,000 in damages, meaning it was able to be repaired. Because of the missing bumper and engine harness being cut, it is now totaled, with damages around $36,000, according to the collision center. Yes, our auto insurance and gap coverage are covering the vehicle loss (we had a loan on it amounting to about $50,000), but now we don't have a vehicle for my husband. I do not know the desired outcome, but we just want the tow company to think twice about being shady and taking advantage of people and their situation. This is NOT okay for a company to do to someone. They need to realize that there are consequences for illegal actions.Also, my husband called the tow company to ask about the bumper. Stepps said that they have it on camera that the bumper was attached to the vehicle. My husband asked to see the video and they said no, and that we would have to bring them to court.We have pictures from the accident with the bumper still attached. We also have pictures from when CTS Towing and Transport arrived at Stepps to transport the vehicle to *******. These pictures prove that the bumper was missing at Stepps. We also have pictures at *******, showing in more detail the damage done to the vehicle at Stepps.

    Horrible company. I wish there was a zero star option, but even that would be too good for this place. The girl at the counter, Hannah, is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. She’s rude on the phone when you first call in, she’s condescending, arrogant, belligerent and just a miserable human being. She hates life and wants to make everyone else’s life just as miserable as hers. I drove two hours to pick up a transmission that I had talked to a male (forgot his name) about the day before. I called ahead to make sure they still had it and they did. Unfortunately, I talked with the miserable, rude, nasty and entitled “Hannah” when I called in, so I knew this was going to be a terrible situation. I should’ve just hung up the phone and went elsewhere, but I thought I would give them another chance even though they screwed me over on a rear end that I paid for in advance a few months prior only to get a call two days later from the miserable “Hannah” stating that they didn’t have it and refunded my payment. I made the two hour to trip to pick it up, and yet again, I had to deal with miserable “Hannah” when I walked in the door. I paid for the unit with my debit card and went to wait outside because I couldn’t deal with the rudeness of life-hating “Hannah.” It wasn’t five minutes later that a very LARGE shadow was cast upon my truck and I heard someone rudely yelling my name and I looked, and you guessed it, it was miserable Hannah with a miserable look on her face asking me to come back inside. I grabbed my receipt and went back inside only to be met by miserable Hannah giving me a refund receipt stating that I had to pay cash. Keep in mind, I supplied driver license and my card with my name on it at the time of sale. There wasn’t a 5/3 bank close and I couldn’t get that amount out of an ATM. Now I had to wait for the refund to go back into my account plus buy another unit elsewhere. BEWARE! BEWARE!
