    I loved this place when I first started going there, the service was relatively quick and fairly affordable. Maybe they didn't like that I was only going for oil changes, I am not sure. However, when I came in to get both headlights replaced, trouble entered the picture. I told them, and they confirmed, that I needed BOTH headlights replaced. At this point the waiting room had been relocated and business seemed to be busier, which I took as a good sign. The headlight replacement took over an hour, at which point they presented me with a bill for roughly $250. I had other places to be, so I chalked it up to expensive specialty bulbs (which they were), and I paid and left. I was pulled over a few days later for a headlight being out. I pulled the paperwork out, lo and behold they only replaced ONE. $250 for one headlight. Two hundred and fifty dollars to replace one headlight, after confirming several times I wanted both replaced. I spoke to them about it and they tried to change their story, and I told them I would go somewhere else to get it corrected. They will no longer receive my business due to this enormous breach of trust.

    We are very sorry to read that you did not have a great experience with us.  We have researched your appointment with us; you visited our shop June 19,2023 and it appears you came in as a walk-in on that day.  We do take walk-ins but we fit them around our scheduled appointments.  Our records indicate that you were having issues with your headlight.  We replaced one right Xenon headlight bulb, as stated on your invoice, which is a higher priced bulb in-line with industry standard prices. This is the bulb your car was manufactured with and cannot use the less expensive bulb.  Our records have no mention of the left side; we apologize if there was a miscommunication.  You were charged  for 1 bulb and labor to change the right headlight bulb.  The labor for this job is correct.  As this appointment was a year ago, why did you wait until now to write a review?  I have reached out to you and left a voice mail.  I would really like to discuss this issue with you, as we strive to make every customer happy.  Please call me at ************ or stop by the shop to further discuss this.  Thank you.
