            On Monday, March 18th, Safari Home Services (**** and ****) installed an A/C unit in my home. Unfortunately, they left big holes in the walls and the installed thermostat is falling off the wall. In addition, they were leaving WITHOUT telling me that they DAMAGED my wall and the A/C was stuck on 80! Also, they left openings around the air handler and the A/C continued to leak and shut the A/C system down! When I questioned about the **** rating sticker on A/C condenser being 13.8 instead 16 ****, ********* had the technicians remove the sticker! Then, ********* (Office Manager) asked me NOT to file a complaint until Friday so that ****** could have the opportunity to come out and repair the MAJOR issues. Today (Friday morning), ********* sent me a text that ****** is NOT coming! I paid $6500 for SUBSTANDARD work and POOR customer service! To that end, as an educator, I definitely will be sharing this nightmare with media, students, neighbors, friends, family, and colleagues!

            Hired them to install an entirely new system. They installed it wrong. Pitched it wrong so it constantly kept going down. Keeps wanting to charge you for their horrible workmanship. It's a few years later now. System constantly goes down. They called 2 days ago saying they have a special $49.00 to come out to check the unit. We declined but today it's not working again so we called them they said $89.00 to come out plus parts. My husband said let them come and rip us off one more time because they will come today. After this we'll get another service company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

            We are very sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with our service. At Safari Home Services it is always our goal to provide excellent service as we seek to establish a long-term relationship with our customers. Your unit was installed in 2017 and attached to an existing drain line in your home. Our records indicated many of the issues you experienced had to do with your existing drain line. Over time, these lines can clog for a variety of reasons causing the unit to shut off temporarily until the line is cleared. As a preventative, we always recommend customers have a Maintenance Plan with us as it not only maintains a record of service for Warranty Coverage but helps keep your unit functioning properly and allows us to check for any issues on a regular basis. In looking over our records, we did not see where you ever had a Maintenance Plan with our company. We would be happy to discuss this situation with you in greater detail if you would like to call our office at your convenience. We look forward to speaking with you and resolving this issue.
