On 6/14 our 2021 ****** Sienna was taken to Kovatch collision for repair on a damaged from a downspout that fell off of my daughter pedatrician office. On 7/16 kovatch called and asked if I would come in to take a look at something. When I arrive they showed me damage to the roof something that was not there. Our car was broken into while we were on vacation so it's the only thing we could have thought it was vanadalism. Kovatch informed me that I would have to file another claim with my insurance. So I did. In total both claims came to roughly *******. Very high price for the work to be done. After 4 weeks we got a call that our van was ready when we went to pick it up there was no one there to do a walk around once we inspected car we seen that the damages were never fixed. I immediately contacts my car insurance company. On 7/15 we returned to Kovatch to confront them about the repairs. They were compassionate and completely agreed to their fault and carelessness they agreed to rectify the issue and have the van back to us in perfect condition as it was dropped off. On 9/1 we were called that the van was ready we went to inspect with repairman and everything seemed to be resolved we were happy and grateful that Kovatch stood by their word to fix the van. On 10/18 I noticed the cargo area was soaking wet. My husband and I decided to call ****** and have the car diagnosed thinking it was something small that would be covered under warranty. That was not the case on 10/21 *************** called and asked if there was work done to the van my husband explained the work we had done from the gutter damage. The service center informed us that we needed to come in immediately to take pictures and get a report the van had more The roof is not sitting on frame properly the hatch is not aligned there are rusted rivets at the seams, gaskets are on the outside, ducts not hooked up from ac and sunroof drains too much to list. Kovatch wants no part to pay for their damages on a van.
