            In October 2020 I agreed to proposal #**** with Monster Tree Mainline to remove a tree and trim others. In December 2020 Monster called me an asked for a deposit of $1200 for the crane to remove the tree and the work would be done in the first week of January 2021. The day the work was supposed to be done, they called and said due to covid leave they could not do the work and we would reschedule. By the middle of March 2021 they had not called to reschedule. I started calling and emailing Monster Tree to find out when they were coming to do the work. I finally talked to them at the end of April at which time they told me they could not do the tree removal at that time. We agreed that they would send me back my deposit and we would revisit the whole job in the fall. During that call they told me they would send out a check with my deposit reimbursement the next day. After several weeks with no check I started emailing and leaving voice messages with no response.

            I had a large ash tree pruned by this company on8/17/2021. Because there was a hornets nest in the tree they could not complete all of the pruning. I talked to sales rep who said they would come back later, after hornets nest was dormant, to finish the pruning. Of course they wanted to be paid that day for the entire service. I called last week 10/7/2021, to say that hornest nest was dormant and could they come out to finish. They said they would come out early during the week of 10/11/2021 - 10/15/2021, but repeated calls to hem go to voice mail and no one calls back and they have not come out as of 10/14/2021. I feel they are ducking me and hope I will just give up.

            My apology for the delay. We were definitely planning to do the work. My crews were just concerned that we had not waited late enough in the season for the Hornets nest to be inactive. Again, my sincere apology. My hope is that you are now satisfied with the completed work.
