I want to give this zero stars but it requires at least one. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that has worked hard for their money or doesn't want to be taken advantage of. My heart breaks for all the customers being overly upcharged between msrp and what the customer pays. If you become a "Karen" in their eyes, your work will not get prioritized and might even get moved back just because. Work conditions are unsafe, like no railings on lofts so people can fall a story onto concrete, chemical trailers with bottoms rusting and rotting out. Small girls are required to carry heavy chemicals and bags across the rotting floor, across a deck with no railings, down steps that have stuff stacked at the bottom of them, across loose gravel, all the way into the store or all the way to the customers car without assistance. They guarantee employees 40 hour work and you'll come in one day and suddenly be on unemployment. Zero notice. How is this legal? How can a company still be in busy after ruining so many lives?!

I have worked with Arrowmaster pools for 8 years now only because I was told it was a requirement for the warranty on the pool to stay in place...at this point I don't care any more. I have had continuous problems with this company and their owner has continuously walked away from any responsibility. I had them replace the pool light that included a line item and cost for the electrical work. They could not get the light to stay on (even though there were no issues with the previous light until it burned out), so he finally had someone in his office call me and tell me they were done working on it and walked away from the job. It has never worked and is not even installed, it is hanging there. At this year's pool opening, the main drain covers came off. He had someone call me and tell me that they would not replace them until the water was warmer. I told him it was fine, I would heat the pool. He then told me that they would not have time until June, but it was okay to use the pool as long as we turned off the main drain. He then had someone come out (which he charged me for) and turn the main drain off and remove the handle. That next week he sent a certified letter saying that no one was allowed in the pool until the covers were installed...even though they told me over the phone it would be okay. So they charged me to open the pool and then sent a letter that I could not use it for two months...ridiculous! He constantly makes other people make the call for him and will not get on the phone, even though he will stand next to them and tell them what to say...I could actually hear him talking. I am finally walking away from this company because I have no doubt that if something happened to the pool, he would not honor any type of warranty. Find another company, you will only be disappointed. It is too bad that the many other people I have talked to who are dissatified with Arrowmaster have not posted a bad rating so that people looking at this company's rating would actually reflect their service.
