            I paid $50 for a BoatSmart Canada course and exam on June 10, 2021 and passed the course. They never mailed me my Boating Licence as promised and my temporary card has expired. Over the previous 4 weeks I have sent multiple (7+) emails, chat messages and phoned 6 times with no answer or reply. I stayed on hold on the phone for 2 hours and no operator ever picked up. I tried leaving my call back number 3 times; no one called back. I would like my card mailed to me AND my money back after such a horrible experience with them. I have been completely ignored and never got my License! It is supposed to be a reputable company (**** **********) that is accredited by transport Canada to execute these Transport Safety courses yet they do not reply to any attempts of contacting them.

            The course content was great and easy to follow. I’d recommend removing the timers because I often read through the page more quickly and then had to wait while the timer ran out, which made the course longer than it needed to be.
