This company booked to do a photographer and videographer for our wedding in May of 2022. It has been over a year now, and still, no professional photos and video have yet to be delivered. The worst experience dealing with Wedding Bug! The photographer they sent us did a worse job than you can ever imagine. What was supposed to be a magical and amazing day was ruined by the Wedding Bug team's behavior. The video and photos are really below professional standards for photographers and videographers. We contacted them many times and refused a refund. The CEO of this company, Hugh did absolutely nothing. No accountability, and stopped responding to my emails, which is unacceptable. He offered an album to fix the issue. The photos are not good enough to make albums, display forms and share with family and friends. I don't want a lousy album as an apology. Hugh fails to make it right and refunds our money. He needs to do the right thing. The only option is a refund. They need to find a solution agreeable to both of us. No album or anything else will not be acceptable other than a refund. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

I booked a wedding for May of 2020 as we all know that was in the middle of the pandemic my wedding was canceled the venue went out of business I had asked for a refund months in advance of my wedding and they told me no that they would just photograph my new wedding I was like okay that's fine. Then the pandemic continued the venue went down the venue gave us our money back. We ended up getting married at the courthouse because we wanted to be married on the day that we wanted to be married I have been in contact with Denise since 2019 and she stopped responding the last email I received back was May of 2021 I emailed back I'm still waiting for my refund no response I would like my refund I did not receive any services you did no services for me give me back my money.

Horrible pictures from the captures color maybe 5 photos were okay nothing professional about them. A once in a lifetime moment that I will never capture again. The photographer gave no direction capture people eating with mouth wide open the back views you name it they were all worst experience of my life on what was supposed to be memorable moments…. Guest captured better photos than the photographer through wedding bug. I notified them and only thing they offered was pic the photos and they would do the best to edit.. No possible way to edit 150 pic….

The worst experience EVER! The photographer they sent us was in the corner all night on his phone or outside on his phone. We couldn't enjoy our wedding at all! Our family, friends and wedding party had to constantly tell him to come and take pictures. What was supposed to be a magical and amazing day was ruined by his behavior. We contacted them about a refund. We told them we would like at least half a refund because he did take some pictures (even though he was pressured to do so) and they refused us and offered a lousy album as an apology. I am very pissed off that we couldn't enjoy our night because of this. And yet even more pissed off because they fail to make it right and refund half our money. I might as well have taken my 1,300 dollars and threw it away or burned it. I will not stop my negative reviews towards this company until they make it right nor will I stop making it public that everybody should not use this company for anything that concerns an event because they will ruin it.

We are extremely disgusted about the poor quality and quantity of work this company did for my daughters wedding! We paid for, what we were told was the biggest package this company offered. The guy shows up on wedding day, barely says a word to anyone, and stupidly on our part I guess, we just assumed that he knew what he was doing. Approximately 2-3 weeks after the wedding, we received the flash drive and excitedly popped it in. That’s when the disappointment quickly set in. First off the quality looks like something my grandfather would have done on his home video camera 25 years ago. Then the part that we can never fix or get back…the special, once in a life time moments that the “videographer” apparently went MIA during. There is no footage of me putting on my daughters veil, no footage of my daughters uncle praying over the groom and his groomsmen, no footage of my daughters step dads first look, and the most disappointing, NOTHING of my daughter coming down the aisle! We tried contacting them, but got no response for 2 days. Mind you, when they were taking our money, they were eager to take our calls. After doing some research and digging deep, we found some terrible BBB complaints that they basically just “paid off” by offering a small portion of money back to the unhappy customers. We also found the man in charges name and information and contacted him, Hugh Riley. He said sometimes there is missing footage and that he would check. A few days later, my daughter receives “great news”…they have found the missing footage and we should have another flash drive with the missing footage within a week. A week comes and goes, no flash drive. We contact Hugh, had to leave a message, several hours later he calls back, stating that we were on his to call list, but to our sadness, there is now no other footage. And he offers us $295 of the $1,500 we paid. Chump change for moments we will never get back. If you want more than a home video, don’t use this company.
